June 1st is the 30th Annual TRI for FUN Sprint Triathlon and DU for FUN Duathlon at Rancho Seco Park. Athletes racing that day will receive a special 30th Anniversary commemorative draw-string Goodie Bag plus lots of other goodies. Athletes will be treated to a free post race athlete massage along with a delicious post race food buffet. Tech-tee race shirts, awards five-deep in each five-year age group, and Free athlete parking makes the TRI for FUN Sprint Triathlon an event not to miss this year!

The USAT Sanctioned Rancho Seco International Triathlon will be held on Saturday June 15th in Herald, California (just 25 minutes from Sacramento) and will offer an Aqua-Bike option this year as well as the Rancho Seco KIDS Triathlon for athletes 4 to 14 years old.

The next day is our 2nd Annual Father’s Day Triathlon and Duathlon, a great family event with Father’s Day Finisher Medals and special Father-Son and Father-Daughter Relay Team Divisions. Included both days is free athlete parking, hot post race food, free athlete massage, raffle prizes, custom awards, tech tee race shirts and a fun and safe, well-marked and staffed race course.

June 30th is the 2nd Annual Sacramento International Triathlon. This USAT Sanctioned event features a 1.5K swim at the confluence of the Sacramento and American Rivers, a 40K bike course on roads closed to traffic – four 10K laps, and a fast out and back 10K run course on the scenic American River Parkway. There will also be an Aqua-Bike offering just the swim-bike legs of the Triathlon. All of this taking place at beautiful Discovery Park in downtown Sacramento.

Escape the mountains for the 3rd Annual China Peak Sprint Triathlon held on August 10th at China Peak Mountain Resort and Lake Huntington in the Sierra Mountains outside of Fresno. This high-altitude sprint race combines a half-mile pristine lake swim, a 12-mile winding bike course on mountain roads along the lake, and a three-lap 5K run course on mountain trails through China Peak Ski Resort. Spend the weekend with your family enjoying the fresh air and beautiful high-mountain scenery before and after the race – special rates available for athletes at the China Peak Mountain Resort.
